Solar Home Tour
This weekend Solar Nova Scotia organized a tour of two passive solar homes in St Margaret’s Bay built by visionary designer, Don Roscoe. Though the weather was wet and miserable, about 20 members turned out to hear from Don and the gracious home-owners. The homes are stunningly beautiful and so warm we were all peeling sweaters. What the two houses had in common were two-storey cathedral windows on the south side, berms on the north side, a mezzanine level overlooking the open-concept design, and hidden air circulation systems. Both houses nestle naturally in with surrounding landscape.

Здравствуйте форумчане! Всем помогает подробная информация, поэтому я захотел рассказать вам, как я строил свой дом из бруса 150 на 150, просушенный, с джутовой веревкой. На авации не рассчитываю, комменты и подсказки помогут всем начинающим. Итак начнем.
Убрал старый домик из бруса, подготовил план участка и занялся разметкой фундамента. Забил клинья с раскосинами, по уровню нашел горизонт поперечин и закрутил поперечины. Отбил по лазеру линию. невелиру брал с хорошей дальностью.
По разметке закрутил саморезы и натянул шпагат (стоит копейки).
Откопал глубокую траншею, постелил изоляцию и засыпал песком.
Затрамбовал вибречем его так, чтоб он стал как камень, завернул гидроизол (решил не клеить), восстановил начальный уровень шпагата, т.к. его пришлось снять, чтоб вывезти остатки стройматериала, заколотил вертикальные стойки, 1300мм. Затем к этим стойкам начиная с верхнего края по шпагату начал прикручивать доску для опалубки 150*50 мм. Понял что лучше не экономить на доске для опалубки, даже с толстой доской и креплении 12 мм шпильками опалубка трещит.
Готовую опалубку закрыли изнутри толстой пленкой скобами и установил промежуточные опоры из кругляка диаметром 8 мм для арматуры фундамента.
И тут началось.
Приехал бетононасос, т.к. он весит дофига он вкопался, как только заехал на территорию, еле удалось его вытащить. Вобщем обошлось, стали заливать фундамент.
Через четыре часа после заливки на фундаменте появились поверхностные трещины. Паника! Что делать. Взбрызнул водой и уехал, дома успокоился и уснул. Ночью пошел дождь и шел всю ночь, это выручило, приехав на участок я не заметил ни одной трещины.
